We are confident in the quality and accuracy of our online bike fitting service. If you purchase a bike fit and are not completely satisfied with the results, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• You have applied the recommended bike fit measurements to your bicycle.
• You provide a brief explanation of why the fit did not meet your expectations, which helps us improve our service.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
• Subscription renewals (if applicable) that were not canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Services that have been fully utilized over an extended period (e.g., unlimited adjustment plans after significant use).

4. How to Request a Refund

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
